Learning
I once gave thought to what I would do if I became financially secure enough that I could pursue whatever I chose to do. The answer came quickly to me. I would pursue learning in as many areas as possible.
I have always embraced learning as an essential tool to enjoying life. Over the years I have learned Japanese, studied Asian history, attended a golf school in Maui, increased my proficiency in culinary skills and so on. At every new position or company where I have worked, the first priority has always been to learn. I have a sizeable backlog of books on my Kindle for new studies.
I live on the campus of the University of British Columbia and hope to pursue my post-secondary education someday soon.
