Tonight we had dinner at the Okiba Mozzarella Bar ini Roppongi Hills. We don't get out for dinner often these days but today was a welcomed break for us. The waiter who brought this dish explained the owner from Italy was inspired by the Japanese sushi restaurants and thought to create a similar experience with mozzarella cheese.
