Tofino at Spanish Banks Beach
This will likely sound odd but today was Tofino's first experience at the nearby Spanish Banks Beach... or any beach. We live just a few minutes away by car but never got around to bringing her down to the sand.
We are enjoying a stretch of warm, sunny late summer weather. I purposely chose to bring her here at low tide when you are able to walk almost a kilometer out from the coastline. It is also an off-leash park for dogs and no shortage of playmates for Tofino.
She seemed to really enjoy the experience and got very dirty in the process. She received a bath when we returned home and time for me to clean the interior of the car.
