No coffee. No dairy.

For months I have been struggled to determine what is causing issues with my digestive system. Don't worry... I won't go into details. It was having an impact on my quality of life and I needed to find a solution.

Over the past month I have made two changes in my diet. First, I stopped drinking coffee. Not an easy habit to break since has become engrained in my daily routine. I worry about the reaction now to my invitation, "Let's get together for tea".

Second, I gave up dairy products. This was less challenging since I have been drinking almond milk for years. Avoiding cheese will likely be a bigger issue. I love a good pizza from time to time.

So far the dietary changes seem to have settled my system and not getting any worse.

Next? I am studying plant-based diet lifestyles, recipes and recommendations.
