Tonight's Dinner

This morning I made some marinara sauce (one of the basics of life in my opinion). I used my imagination to create a chicken burger topped with mozzarella and fresh basil, radicchio and the marinara sauce. English muffins are always a great alternative as burger buns. Thumbs up from Yoshiko.
