Espresso!

Today is the opening of the three day coffee trade show in Tokyo and I will attending it from tomorrow. Today I stopped by the new Maruyama Coffee store in Nishiazabu for a quick espresso. The staff recommended a Brazilian bean that I had not heard of. Wonderful taste and perfect pull. The second shot was free and every bit as good as the first. A reminder of how good espresso can be.
