Networking in Vancouver

As we begin our transition to living in Vancouver I have started to build a business network in the region. It has been and continues to be an interesting process of meeting influential people and sharing my background and plans. There is no "I need a job" discussion but instead an open dialogue about opportunities, connections and references.

I have found everyone I have met so far to be interesting, supportive and positive about my outlook on finding an opportunity in Vancouver. It is hard work and much work lies ahead but a great exercise for this seasoned salesman!
