Online Resume

I have completed a project to update my resume and add it to this website as both a web page and a downloadable document.
At the start I chose to abandon my previous resume format (MS Word... boring!) and start from scratch with a new format. One page. Creative. Attract attention. And the ultimate goal was to get interviews. With an almost "tongue-in-cheek" approach, I considered a version based on the Dummies book series. You can see the initial concept on my Professional page.
I completed a draft version of the resume and sent it to several people whose opinions I value greatly. From these people I got a wide range of opinions, ranging from "I love it" to "No one will take you seriously". Disruptive. Just what I was after.
But I realized that there may be opportunities out there that I could miss by not having a more traditional resume. I expanded the contents of the first draft in a format that would be more easily digested by companies in search of creative yet experienced individuals.
In the end, there is a page with a summary of my career and a separate page with the download options of either the conservative version or various color schemes of the creative version. This is fun and bring on the interviews!
