Winter Gas Prices in Japan

Like the rest of the world, gas prices in Japan have been on the decline since oil prices have fallen. Today I filled up our car with premium fuel and it was ¥140 per liter including all taxes. That is about C$1.475. Compared to today's prices in Vancouver, I am seeing C$1.06/liter as the cheapest price there.
