Since Spago was released from the clinic last weekend he has sported a feeding tube that runs into his nose and down to his stomach. This is to ensure he gets enough sustenance until his appetite returns. We have to puree and strain his cat food before using a syringe to inject into the tube.

We awoke this morning to discover Spago had pulled the tube completely out and was dragging it around the house (thanks to the sutures holding it in place). You can see the black markings on the tube where roughly in entered his nose. Fortunately his appetite seems to be strong enough that he doesn't need to return to the vet to have the tube replaced.

Anyway, this is how my day started...
