Spago's final check up in Tokyo

Spago went for his final check up at the clinic in Tokyo today, just a week before our departure to Vancouver. Other than slightly elevated blood pressure he is in very good health for a cat who is almost 19 years old.

The clinic did a great job preparing rabies vaccination certificates, a health certificate and detailed medical records (all in English) for Spago's entry into Canada and our new vet in Vancouver.

At the completion of the examination, the doctor asked if it would be okay to allow his staff to have their photos taken with Spago. He has become quite the favorite cat with them over the years. We appreciate all of the excellent care provided by the clinic to Spago and our cats over the years in Tokyo.

Onto Vancouver and new adventures for Spago!
