Closing on a new condo

Today we completed the due diligience on a condo we plan to purchase in Vancovuer. The deposit has been paid and we expect to take possession in mid-January.

We looked at many properties over the past two years, especially since arriving here a few months ago. But also many listings online in the months prior to our move. While always keeping an open mind, we knew there were some priorities for us. We finally found it in this condo.

It has a fireplace, an outdoor patio with space to entertain, open kitchen with a gas range, space to host friends and family, a nice view, concrete construction and parking for two cars. Located in a quiet neighborhood with great access to UBC and public transportation.
