Someone wants our new condo

A few weeks ago we found the ideal condo here in Vancouver and closed on the deal. Everything we wanted for our new home in Vancouver and more. We plan to move into the new condo in January and start the process of making it our own.

Today our realtor contacted me to say someone is interested in buying it from us! We haven't even moved in yet and already someone wants it. This is a hot real estate market but it also re-enforces that we made the right decision on this condo. Wow!

I said no to the offer. Yoshiko and I are so excited about this condo and it was never intended to be a speculation purchase. This is going to be our home and I doubt we would be able to find anything better.
