New lighting
Today we had new lighting installing in the dining room, replacing the hideous fixture from the previous owner. These are LED lights and it took quite the effort between myself and the electrician to agree on the position and length of the nine lights. Even Yoshiko wisely stayed out of the discussion. In the end we opted for somewhat random lengths yet somewhat clustered together.
A big improvement and our place looks better with each addition/enhancement.
