Beer Can Chicken

Tonight we christened our new barbecue with a beer can chicken roast, which turned out magnificently. Such a simple recipe and quick preparation. Once the chicken was on the grill and smoking with apple wood, we settled into our chairs on the patio with a couple of glasses of wine. Wonderful aromas and views.

I could get used to this lifestyle!
