2016 Residential Taxes
Today I paid our residential taxes for the year of 2016. It was an unexpected surprise that our taxes were less than we expected compared to last year. I expected our taxes to increase as property values continue to rise in this market. The chart below shows the change to home prices in Vancouver over the past ten years.
