I bought some Ice Pop molds at Crate & Barrel this week. Today I tried my first attempt at some frozen treats. Limoncello Popsicles. Fresh lemon, simple syrup, limoncello and a touch of salt. I put a fresh mint leaf in each mold for contrast.
Ain't life grand?
