Homemade Corn Tortillas
Tonight I finally "took the plunge" and made corn tortillas at home after assembling the necessary ingredients and equipment. Central to these items were a tortilla press and the masa harina. I made some salsa, lime creama and chopped some cilantro in addition to some pan fried cod. So simple yet so delicious. Wow! I scored some Good Husband Points with this meal.
