Morning walk around Wreck Beach

My sister and her husband have been visiting us this week. Today, despite the forecast for rain, we walked down to Wreck Beach for a morning walk. Earlier in their visit we dropped by Tower Beach, which is part of Wreck Beach but closer to our condo and more remote.

Under generally overcast but dry skies we explored the main area of Wreck Beach (almost completed deserted). With the tide going out we decided to walk around the point until we reached Tower Beach. Some rocky areas and slippery in places but a very relaxing and enjoyable walk. A Vancouver experience to be sure.
