Last minute trip

Yesterday I made an unscheduled and very last minute trip to Edmonton to check in on my parents after an emergency situation. It is much easier to make the 90-minute trip from Vancouver than the almost 18-hour journey from Tokyo.

Planes, rental cars, hotels and a busy schedule. Back home now and ready for a rest tonight.
