Coyote at UBC
During my morning walk this morning through the grounds of the Museum of Anthropology at UBC I spotted what I first thought was a dog. But it quickly became clear to be a wild animal as it retreated from me, just 100 m away. It was too big to be a fox but not as bulky as a wolf.
Some research upon returning home indicated it was a coyote and probably the renowned Carter the Coyote who had been seen frequently within UBC.
