Blood donation
Today was my 9th blood donation since returning to Canada in 2015. I had to postpone it for two days after last week's infection and subsequent round of penicillin. Then came my back episode on the weekend and I almost cancelled today's appointment. But Yoshiko came with me and I managed to get through the donation without incident.
