Sleeping outside
Last night I slept outside on the patio in a sleeping bag. A different but not necessarily a great experience. I have always enjoyed sleeping outside, especially camping but this is not always an option these days.
I once slept outside on the patio in our condo in Tokyo. I think my snoring kept some neighbors awake and others speculated Yoshiko and I had some disagreement and I was banished to the dog house.
Last night I rolled out the sleeping bag as the sun set. I was able to enjoy some last moments of the sunset before drifting off to sleep. Unfortunately the patio floor was very hard, the birds were noisy, the wind blew hard and the sun arose early.
I need to rethink this strategy and try it again before autumn.
