More ups and downs with Spago

It has been a week of ups and downs with our aging cat, Spago. His battle with kidney disease continues to take its toll on him. Also, his growing dementia means he wanders around the condo aimlessly from time to time. But he remains affectionate and maintains a good appetite. He does not appear to be in any pain or discomfort and sleeps well most of the day and night.

We know it is only a matter of time now. We were encouraged by words from his vet that our ongoing care of him has likely extended his life beyond expectations.
