Parking entrance signage

Today I completed an important project at our condo building... one I have been pursuing for at least six months. It involved the signage at the entrance to our parking area.

First, the signage was hung too far back on the beams with very cheap chains. Hard to see and a danger if it should fall onto a car entering or exiting the parking area. Also, the foliage above was constantly growing over and hiding the sign.

Second, there was an ongoing issue with police, fire and paramedics not understanding the location of our building's entrance. Our address indicates "Iona Drive" but the entrance is off the street. The new signage clearly indicates the direction of the entrance.

Finally we chose to use a green background with reflective lettering. It is less intrusive during the day and more visible at night.
