Road bike is ready for this summer

For the past two years my road bike has been parked on the patio. The idea was to use it as a trainer between rides and during the winter months to keep my cycling strength up. But in reality I didn't use it very often. That is an understatement.

This week I took it for a service appointment at our neighbourhood bike shop. A cold ride but mostly downhill. The technician said the bike is in excellent condition. I will keep it in the bike storage room and use it "in the real world" this summer.
