Raynaud's Syndrome

Today I received an initial diagnosis from our family doctor that I have Raynaud's Syndrome. This winter I have experienced cold hands, ones that are extremely painful to touch on fingertips. It has been like having frostbite most of the time.
I will get a blood test done this week to, in the words of my doctor, "rule out anything more sinister".
In the meantime, I need to keep my core and arms warm as much as possible. This is because the blood flowing to/from my hands needs to be kept warm.
Oh and by the way, my doctor also said moving to a warmer climate would also be a good treatment. Ha, ha.
