Virtual Reality. In Reality
This morning was Week 5 and the final session of the Lean Launch Pad at e@UBC, the incubator program for budding entrepreneurs. Each of the ten teams selected for LLP made their presentations and updates on their ventures. For us mentors it is a rewarding and encouraging experience to observe their progress based on the program's structure.
My group, Synch, did an amazing amount of work to interview customers in order to determine the viability of VR for remote and collaborative teams. A very smart and resourceful duo and, most importantly, very open to mentoring and guidance. They still have a lot of work to do but I have confidence in them.
They brought their VR gear to the final session so the other ventures and mentors could experience it. Good work Synch team!
