Bread making
During Yoshiko's trip to Tokyo this month I ordered a bread maker. I hoped to have time to make a test loaf that would be cooling around the time she returned home. But the pace of caring for a kitten and a puppy proved to be too much for me. Instead I revised my story to saying I wanted us to make the first loaf together. Good Husband Points.
The measurements of the ingredients are important but the preparation proved to be straight forward.
The aroma of the freshly cooking bread was wonderful and the taste/texture equally amazing. More experimenting to be done.
