Merlot is home
Our Chevy Bolt EV is home from the body shop this afternoon. Back in April I had a rather unfortunate altercation with a post in a parking lot at Granville Island. I originally planned to pay for the damages (a scrap on the rear quarter panel) privately. Then I rethought it since ICBC increases my premiums annually even with a perfect driving record as a casual driver. What the %$#@ is insurance for?
I dished out the $500 deductible and the Bolt, nicknamed Merlot, is as good as new again.
