Burgers (again) tonight


Last night I made burgers for dinner. I find it difficult to make a small batch of burger ingredients (more about that later) so there was enough leftover for another round tonight. Yoshiko didn't complain.

Tonight was a Mexican version with fresh salsa, tex-mex cheese, jalapenos and cilantro.

Yesterday afternoon, as is my tradition now, I ground some rib-eye steaks along with a small amount of bacon. I didn't feel there was enough fat in the steaks. I will never, ever buy ground beef again.
