Business Trip to Calgary

This evening I arrived home from a two-day business trip to Calgary. I spent the two days in meetings with four other individuals understanding, evaluating and discussing some innovative technology that appears to be ready for the market.

I am the first (but not the only one in our group) to be struggling to fully understand the details of the technology. Mathematics was not my forte. But I am a curious person and am determined to expand my knowledge in order to deliver this technology as solutions in a variety of industries.

One of the attendees was a professor visiting from a US-based university who is clearly the world's foremost expert on the technology. His passion, work and life journey is inspirational to me... and part of the reason I want to be involved.

The details are confidential for now. Lots of work yet to be done. And I can't wait.
