Home from Tokyo
I arrived home today from a quick five-day trip to Tokyo. Tired but I got done most of the items on my list. I spent most of the time working at home to prepare our condo to be rented in the future. Many walks around the old neighborhood and a memorable dinner of sushi and jizake with our accountants.
I had originally hoped to retain our condo for future visits as a second home. But this trip reminded me that we have to move on from our past. The condo deserves better ongoing care and its role as a full time home.
Still, wonderful memories from my almost twenty-three years in Japan.
